Please note that this home does not include a safety fence surrounding the pool and hot tub areas. It is the guest’s sole responsibility to ensure the safety of their children and any other children occupying the home during the stay.

This property is professionally managed by Haustay Vacation Rentals (City of Solana Beach STVR Permit-000620).

All guests are required to sign a rental agreement with Haustay, Inc. prior to gaining access to the property.

Quiet hours for outdoor areas are strictly enforced from 10:00 PM to 10:00 AM.

Parties and events are not permitted without prior written approval.

External security cameras face driveway, backyard, pool area, and parking garage area. No internal security cameras are present.

Pets are not allowed.

A $5,000 security deposit hold is required before guest arrival.
