Other things to note
Villa has a new mattress as of December 2024, and beautiful bar stools since July 2025. The bathroom tile and shower was also redone in July 2025. New bedroom AC in May 2026. Finally, a reverse osmosis water tap has been installed at the kitchen sink for the absolute best drinking water. Refreshed and fabulous!
