Lovely and rustic atmosphere in the artisan quarter of Florence, the lively Oltrarno area.
This apartment is located on the second floor of a historic Florentine building dating back to the XVII century, in piazza della Passera.
It combines the historic charm of Renaissance Florence with all of the modern comforts that will make you truly feel at home.
High ceilings with exposed wooden beams and beautiful terracotta floors create a country chic atmosphere with an authentic Tuscan feel.

The space
This apartment is very quaint and has been carefully furnished with great attention to detail.
The apartment consists of two communicating spaces plus a wooden mezzanine.
Upstairs, where you can where you can go up through some characteristic wooden stairs, there is a double bed bedside tables and tv, downstarirs there is a big sofa (that is a double sofa bed and we set it up just if you ask) an armchair and some antique furniture, a fully equipped kitchen with two large windows looking over the lovely Piazza della Passera, and a bathroom with a big shower.
We always provide our guests with quality sheets and towels, toilet paper and a hairdryer.
We also always leave some coffee and moka to make original
espresso, together with salt, sugar, and olive oil.
The apartment is equipped with washing machine and iron.

Guest access
The apartment is in the very centre of the city (2 min walking from Ponte Vecchio) so I suggest to move around walking or with the bike.
If they come by car I usually suggest to leave it outside the centre and then walk to the apartment (cheaper), or to leave it at one of the garage in the city centre.

Other things to note
All around the apartment there are very nice and tasty restaurants and bars, that I indicated here in Airbnb in the dedicated space ; )
