What a find in Braidwood. Both inside and out is history, uniqueness, stories and character. Every sense was activated with warm and charm only Braidwood can deliver. Zac and his place are wonderful, everything was provided, wonderful stay. 5 stars all the way. Highly recommended.

The location is great , very comfortable home. Great art work. Balcony looks onto Main Street , just lovely to sit out there and observe what is happening in town. Beds are good. It was just a great place to stay, very clean . And Zac is great host , helpful and very friendly. We had to check in after 10pm, I called Zac and he set up the place us, put some candles on , turn on lights...etc. Great welcome. He has great restaurant as well, food was amazing. If I need to stay in Braidwood again I definitely like to stay here again.

Zac' place was fabulously located, tastefully renovated with a very practiced eye. Whilst I didn't try Zac's food at his cafe I was told by all the locals that it was sensational!! Next time,..Thanks Zac!

Zac's place is absolutely incredible. Such a beautiful Victorian apartment above a shop in the main street of Braidswood. The rooms are traditional with polished Baltic pine floors, high ceilings and period features. Central heating and a modern kitchen/bathroom mean you have all the mod cons and we loved the eclectic decor. Great food like artisan bread and local eggs and bacon mean a gourmet breakfast. Very quiet and close to everything in Braiswood. Especially recommend eating at Zac's restaurant, just 2 or 3 doors down the road.
