Our lovely house is conveniently located just a 6 minutes drive to Dunedin city centre and 4 minutes’ walk to Mornington shopping centre, cafe, gas station, local parks etc. Bus stop just stands 1 minute walk which can take you right to City centres or walk distance to city center (30 minutes walk).

The space
The house features a fully equipped new appliances, perfect for creating a lovely family meal. The kitchen, dining area and open plan living space flow seamlessly together to create a cosy and welcoming atmosphere. With a central heat pump in the living room and heater in each room, you can be sure that your family will stay warm and comfortable during your stay. All three bedrooms feature built-in wardrobes for your convenience.

The living room setup with an indoor play equipment to keep your kids entertained and happy while you enjoy a drink or watch them play from the lovely kitchen.

There are free off street parkings.

If you would like to use sofa bed, please let us know, we can send instruction to you.

Netflix and Sumsung smart TV programs available but no Aerial.
