Newly refurbished spacious, one bedroom garden flat within a beautiful Victorian Villa, set within the conservation area of Crieff. This ground floor apartment has been tastefully designed and refurbished with sunny courtyard for al fresco dining. Storage for bikes and outdoor sporting equipment. Motorbikes welcome. Perfectly placed to enjoy the best of Crieff. Stunning local walks as well as a gentle stroll into our historic market town of Crieff. Original art by local artists.

The space
We have easy on street parking, with foot access through our main gate. The garden flat is to the rear of the property with your own entrance. There is a tastefully designed patio area with steps. We have a guest laundry room/store room with washing machine, hanging space and freezer. It also has lots of space to store bicycles and outdoor sporting equipment. This is a shared space with the guests who may rent out the Dungora Garden View Villa.

The garden flat is on the ground floor and has full kitchen, bedroom, lounge and bathroom with shower. This apartment can be connected internally to Dungora Garden View Villa if you would like to add an additional 4 guests.

Guest access
This is an exclusive space with independent access and patio garden to the rear of the property. Ideal for relaxing and exploring the beautiful town of Crieff.

You may see me, or guests, from your private patio area as we enter and exit the gates to the main house.

I always enjoy saying hello if I am at the house.

Other things to note
We would ask that guests be thoughtful and avoid parking across from our neighbours driveway as they will not have enough reversing space. There is plenty of easy parking below our gateway.

We are situated in what is locally known as the terraces. This is an area in the upper part of Crieff which has mainly Victorian and Edwardian Villas. We are close to the Hydro and the famous Knock, our local hill and viewpoint. A five minute walk downhill into the main town.
Our location is quiet and residential.
