Close to the Air Force Academy, with magnificent views of the Peak, nestled in a forest meadow. Enjoy a soak in the hot tub, a stroll of the 5.25 acres or the neighborhood, a bounce on the recently resurfaced trampoline, relax on the patios or deck.
We are located a convenient 15 minute drive to either the north or south entrance to the Air Force Academy.
The house is located on 5.25 beautiful secluded acres in Black Forest, perfect for a gentle evening walk. There are two large brick patios that are open for use. The entry patio is ideal for a cool getaway on hot summer days, and the larger west brick patio with the 8 person hot tub is well suited for warm summer days and nights, and getting cozy in the snow. At night, the outdoor brick fire pit provides a wonderful camping like experience, stepping away from the fire lets you look into the night sky and see the myriad of stars, unpolluted by city lights. The spacious deck is perfect for a meal, and provides a fantastic view of Pikes Peak - "America's Mountain". There is a large dog run for four legged friends, a trampoline, and even a 200 foot zip line for the adventurous.
The Scottish room is 14 x 16 ft. This room can be entered from downstairs, although not ADA compliant it is good for those on crutches or have difficulty negotiating stairs. We can show you where to park once you have checked in if you or your partner have mobility limits, otherwise parking is by the front entrance. Guests have access to the downstairs rec room and media room, the outdoor hot tub, the deck upstairs as well as both bricked patios and 5 acres to wander. Quiet times for the hot tub and pool table are 10pm- 10am, unless otherwise specified by hosts. Also the upstairs kitchen and dining area are available for use.

In 2014 my wife and I tried out AirBNB on a trip to Portugal. It was such a positive experience, that we have stayed at more and more AirBNB locations, and began hosting in the summer of 2016.
Living abroad was wonderful, and England provided the flexibility of going to Europe or other locations with little effort. We loved the English countryside, the castles, trips to Scotland, Ireland and Wales.
We are flexible hosts, we will let you have your privacy, but you can call on us for information on what to do in the area, or for other information. We want to make any stay with us feel like a true 'Bed and Breakfast'.
