It is a great holiday house in brick and with nice terraces in surroundings of scenic beauty. 300 meters away is a small bathing beach with sandy bottom. It is located close to Damsbo beach and forest, Falsled harbour and 11 km to Faaborg.

You are very welcome to use the facilities of the house along with garden furniture, swing, bocce field and balls, toys for the beach, grill, sunshade, freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer.
In bedroom "2" there is a twin bed which can be separeted into two single beds. In bedroom "3" there is a bunk bed for 2 children (max 160 cm) .
High chair for children can be provided upon request.
There are regular consumer items - and if you take the last of it, please fill up a bit, just like at home. Bedclothes is removed and placed in the laundry room on departure. The same applies for towels, tea towels and cloth/mops. I do not charge a separate fee for cleaning, so I hope you leave the house just as you received it; neat, clean and tidy. There is vacuum cleaner, cleaning materials, rags and mops in the house.

My family and I use the house occasionally. It was built in 1992 as a house for permanet residence, but it now has the status of Holiday house. It has been our house since 2010. We like the idea of sustainability and recycling, which is why there is solar cells on the roof of the garage, heat pump in the house and solar-heated shower outside, which is perfect for use after a swim in the sea. Glasses and china are inheritance and from flea markets, which is why you cannot expect to set the table with 8 similar plates.
When we are at retirement age, we would like to move in permanently in the house.
