The Folly Suite sleeps up to six guests in two bedrooms, each with a king bed. The suite is professionally decorated and designed with all brand new appliances, furniture, bedding, and decor. Available on a nightly, weekly and monthly basis. Parking is provided at $10/day.

The space

The location of the 493 King Street Suites, is one of the finest and most desirable areas of Downtown Charleston to stay. The professionally decorated Folly Suite features beautiful hardwood floors, 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and all of the cooking essentials. The living room is comfortable and large enough for your whole group to hang out or relax and watch the HD TV with expanded cable channels. For additional guests, there is plenty of room on the sleeper sofa in the living room. The master bedroom offers a King size bed, TV, and a private bath. The second bedroom is very similar to the Master Bedroom without the private bath. The second full bath is conveniently located to be shared by the 2nd bedroom and guests in the living room. This unit includes a washer and dryer and on-site parking. Although, you will never need a car as King Street is right outside your door. Additional amenities include: free wifi & cable, 1 parking spot per unit & off street parking, full kitchen & living room, flat screen TV's in all rooms, washer/dryer. Walk Away Stays provides the highest quality luxury linens, towels, hotel style toiletries and the finest Charleston roasted coffee for your convenience.

The apartment's location was fantastic. Top rated restaurants were just a few feet away. The apartment itself was very clean, comfortable and easy (and safe) to access. I would however note that King Street does get very busy at night as bars and clubs are just feet away. But, we did not hear any of the street noise in the apartment. Would highly recommend.

This is the best possible location downtown. It is next to all of the bars and restaurants. The place is modern with good size bedrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped. If you have trouble sleeping, the walls are paper thin and you do hear everything. Also no windows in the bedrooms. Overall a good stay!

This apartment exceeded our expectations! From the start when booking our dates, Kevin was extremely prompt and professional. The great experience continued throughout our time staying in Walk Away Suites. We had a slight hiccup with our passcode not working when entering the building but the issue was resolved in minutes. The apartment did not disappoint and looked exactly like the posted photos. The appliances were brand new and the furniture was in pristine condition-the bedding was one of the most comfortable I have ever slept in! The apartment is located in the heart of King Street with shops, restaurants, bars and essentials right outside the door. I will definitely look to stay here during future Charleston visits and have already recommended to friends.

There is nothing bad I can say about my stay. The location was great and parking was easy. The room was as described and clean. I would like to say that the host was more than accommodating. We had an unfortunate event occur while we were staying and the host was really quick to respond and we were able to stay another day on short notice. I would absolutely stay here again and plan to tell anyone that plans to go to Charleston to stay here.
