We had a lovely stay at Kilcoe Cottage. The directions and communication before hand was perfect and we had a nice welcome from Sharon's mother with a welcome pack. It had a relaxed, family feel with two friendly dogs. The cottage was clean and tidy, would recommend.

Kilcoe cottage was the perfect base for exploring the Mizen Head and Sheep's Head peninsulas as well as Bantry and Glengariff! The hot tub was much appreciated after a long day out exploring and was perfect for the weather we had. It was equally lovely to be able to relax in the claw foot tub in the master retreat! Our family took advantage of the superbly outfitted kitchen to cook up our finds from the Skibberean, Scull and Bantry markets. We've only been gone for one night and miss Kilcoe Cottage already!

Anyone wanting to spend time on the Wild Atlantic Way will find this to be the perfect base. We explored all day every day and came back to a beautiful property with all the facilities and comfort we needed. Perfect for a family of four if your kids don't mind sharing. My seven year old daughter especially loved the hot tub! Highly recommended and we hope to be back.

We had a wonderful stay at Kilcoe Cottage. Sharon and Mark were welcoming and cheerful hosts. They took time to recommend activities and places to visit in this region that they know very well. They are nice, helpful, respectful and discreet. They did their best to make our stay a pleasant one (Wine, cheese, coffee and bread, wood for the fireplace, etc.). Kilcoe Cottage is big, very well furnished, decorated tastefully; every bedroom is provided with a big bathroom with shower. We recommend this place without a doubt. The site is attractive, quiet, restful and several excellent restaurants are available in Ballydehob very close by. A vehicle is necessary to take advantage of the place and the region.

We highly recommend Kilcoe Cottage for a coastal, countryside getaway. The fireplace, hot-tub, comfortable bedding, and well-equipped kitchen made for a truly memorable holiday. Sharon left wine, chocolate, bread and cheese for our arrival, along with a Christmas card to make us feel welcome. Nearby towns of Scull, Ballydehob and Skibbereen have a bit of everything to offer regarding pubs, restaurants, shopping and groceries. There are even some fun surf beaches nearby. Sharon was very helpful with answering questions before and during the booking process
