• Swimming Pool (10th Floor): Accessible from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM (Closed on Mondays for maintenance). Free for up to 2 guests. Additional PHP200 for each extra guest)
• Children’s Playground: 10th floor
• Cloud Kitchen Food Hall (2nd Floor)
Shawarma Shack: 10:00 AM – 9:00 PM, Kape Sur: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM, Stamp Coffee: 8:00 AM – 10:00PM, Laundry & Dental Services (3rd Floor), Convenience store (Ground Floor)

Other things to note
1. Guest Limit: The unit is designed for 2 guests (maximum of 4 pax). ₱350 fee per extra guest. Only registered guests allowed—no visitors permitted.

2. Check-in/Check-out:
• Check-in: 3 PM onwards.
• Check-out: 12 NN. Late check-outs or early check-ins may incur a fee.

3. All guests must provide their full names for registration as required by condo management. Only registered guests are allowed entry. No unregistered visitors permitted.

4. Please respect quiet hours from 10 PM to 7 AM.

5. Smoking, vaping and illegal substances are not allowed. A ₱5,000 penalty will be charged for cleaning and deodorizing.

6. Wash used dishes, return items to their place, and dispose of trash properly. Trash bins are located in the garbage cabinet outside the unit, left of the exit door.

7. Avoid cooking strong-smelling foods (like dried fish). A ₱2,000 fee applies for deep cleaning.

8. Do not move furniture. Let us know if adjustments are needed.

9. Guests are responsible for damages, missing items, or extra cleaning fees.

10. Additional linens, bedding, or towels are available for a fee.
