To keep the space clean and comfortable for everyone, please do not smoke inside the apartment.

🐞 About insects (tropical climate)
The house is always kept clean and inspected regularly, so the flat is free from cockroaches and bedbugs. However, due to Da Nang's tropical climate, mosquitoes or small insects can sometimes fly in when the door is open.
To mitigate this, please lock the door when you go out or in the evening.
🌙 Quiet hours & energy saving
To maintain a quiet environment for the residential area, please limit noise after 10:00 pm.
We would also be very grateful if you could switch off the lights and electrical appliances when you leave the flat.
