The Harwich Hill House is the perfect place to unwind and explore all that Cape Cod has to offer. It sits, you guessed it, on a hill, on a quiet, residential street, offering the perfect balance of privacy, tranquility, and easy access to local attractions.

The space
Indoor Spaces:
Our comfortable, central air-conditioned and fully renovated Cape Cod style ranch offers easy one-floor living with modern amenities and comforts. Relax on our oversized living room couch after a long day at the beach or on rainy days, gather around our 8-seat dining room table which flows into a fully-equipped kitchen complete with everything you need to prepare delicious meals.

Find bonus living space in our 3-season porch, outfitted with a TV, comfortable couch, ceiling fan and wall to wall windows to let in that Cape Cod breeze while reading, resting or watching TV.

Bed & Bath:
The primary bedroom has a spacious king bed, ample storage, and en-suite full bathroom with a rain shower head. Each of the two guest bedrooms have comfortable queen-size beds and provide plenty of space for family and friends to enjoy a restful night's sleep. The guest bathroom has an oversized bathtub/shower combo with high-end finishes from recent renovation. The third bedroom is equipped with a Murphy bed that can be folded away if you'd like to convert the room to a nursery / kids room. All three bedrooms have blackout curtains.

Outdoor Space:
With ample back and side yard space, take advantage of the great outdoors and that fresh coastal air. Our oversized patio just off of the three-season porch offers a dining table for up to 8, 6 wicker lounge chairs and a gas grill. Our large flat yard offers great opportunity for kids to run around and for guests to play yard games. At the end of the patio you'll find an outdoor shower with spa fixtures - perfect for rinsing off after a day at the beach or just enjoying a refreshing, sun drenched shower in the open air.

Work & Family Friendly Amenities:
For those who need to stay connected, a desk is available in a quiet corner of the living room, offering a peaceful spot to work or catch up on emails during your stay. If you're traveling with little ones, we offer two cribs and a high chair upon request.

Location:
Enjoy this central location with convenient access to sound, bay, and ocean beaches, as well as Long Pond. Within a 10 minute drive you'll find Red River Beach and Bank Street Beach, where you can enjoy swimming, kayaking, and sunbathing. Brewster bay beaches are just a few minutes longer, and reach Nauset Beach on the ocean in 15 minutes! For those who enjoy hiking or cycling, the Cape Cod Rail Trail is nearby, offering miles of scenic views. Explore both Harwich Port and Chatham's charming towns (both ~10 minutes away) to find many shops and restaurants or simply relax and take in the sights and sounds of these picturesque coastal towns.
