This special holiday apartment with amazingly large outside spaces and exclusive use of the private swimming pool is licenced by the Junta de Andalucia for holiday rentals. It is a short walk to the beach and restaurants along a pretty country path and is a 5 minute drive to Fuengirola and La Cala so is ideal for couples or families wanting a relaxing base for their holiday.

The space

This special holiday apartment is located in a self-contained position within the grounds of a typical Spanish holiday villa and has an amazingly large terrace with sea views, its own sun beds, patio for relaxing in the shade, traditional outdoor BBQ with table and seating and exclusive use of the private swimming pool. The apartment is licensed by the Junta de Andalucia for holiday rentals under reference number VFT/MA/02129 and meets all of the legal requirements under current legislation in Spain.

The Apartment

Master bedroom with king sized bed and double wardrobe with direct access to the open terrace.

Second bedroom with twin beds and wardrobe.

Family bathroom with bath/shower and wc.

Comfortable lounge diner with access to the open terrace and sea views. TV with BBC World News satellite programme, radio and DVD player. Internet access is available on a pay as you use basis, if required.

Fully equipped kitchen with electric oven and gas hob, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, washing machine, iron and ironing board.

Bath towels, hand towels and linen included.

Property cleaned on arrival.

If you decide to hire a car during your stay, private parking is available for our guests.

Other things to note

As we are licensed by the Junta de Andalucia for holiday rentals we will ask you to complete a contract and provide identification on your arrival. If you would like to see a copy of our contract in advance, we will be pleased to send you an example.
