Beautiful and quiet home in downtown Troy. There are several restaurants and bars close by and the bus stop to head up to RPI is about a block away. I'd definitely stay here again next time I'm in Troy.

Kathe is friendly and fun. Her place in downtown Troy is beautiful - a classic 19th century home. My stay was short but great. Thank you, Kathe!!

Very clean and quiet house. The only down side was that instead of a shower, there was an old school bath tub that was a bit awkward and uncomfortable to use.

Response from Kathe:
This is an historic home which has been restored to as close to the original as possible. As mentioned in the listing description, there is a clawfoot tub in the bathroom for your old school bathing convenience.

Beautiful, clean, and welcoming. There are stairs--2 flights--and this was not a problem for me. Great light breakfast too.
