564 is the lower flat of the duplex building where Airbnb guests reside. You have sole access to the spaces in this apartment unit.

The backyard is shared with the 562 upper flat residents.

You must climb 11 steps of stairs from the building iron gate to your unit entrance.

Other things to note
There is no guest vehicle parking in the building.
There is free street parking but can be limited. Please pay special attention to street signs (street cleaning days, 2-hour parking limits, etc). Please be wary of leaving valuables in the vehicle.

There are varieties of restaurants (Mexican, Italian, Japanese, Vietnamese, American, etc) close by in the 3200 - 3400 blocks of Mission Street.

You can watch local TV channels, but you need your subscriptions/memberships to access other programs such as Netflix, Youtube TV, etc.

Beddings may not match what's on the pictures due to swapping for cleaning.
