Welcome to a unique home on the water – right in the heart of Gothenburg! Central accommodation cannot be found!

This houseboat is located in Lilla Bommens harbour, next to the Gothenburg Opera House, within walking distance of the central train station, Nordstan shopping centre, Avenyn shopping street and various restaurants. Ferries to the entire archipelago, Buses to Liseberg, Ullevi and Scandinavium next door!

The boat is 17.5 meters long, 4 meters wide, with 52 sqm indoor area and equally large roof terrace with outdoor furniture. Also, two smaller decks with seating.

The space
The space contains:

– 2 bedrooms: Master cabin (king size bed 180x200cm) + smaller bedroom (queen size 160x200cm) Inflatable mattress available for extra children. not adults

– Fully equipped kitchen with fridge, freezer, dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, blender etc.

– Crockery and equipment for at least 6 people

– Living room with fireplace, open plan and dining area

– Bathroom with shower/toilet (as in a normal home). At the guest marina, just 100 metres from the boat, there are private showers, toilets and washing machines to which guests have full access; please use these in the first instance. On the boat's key ring is a tag that is used to gain entry.

– Waterborne underfloor heating throughout the boat

All bed linens, towels and cleaning are included. The same price whether you are 2 or 4 adults guests (for the larger family there is extra mattress for children).

Guest access
The whole boat belongs to you. Alarms and cameras that only film the entrance to the boat are available, guards patrol the area around the clock for your extra security.

Other things to note
I would like to urge all guests, as it is a boat, to really supervise children and all persons on board. There are life jackets on board for children and a ladder in the stern of the boat to be able to get on board if an accident occurs.

Literally two meters outside the boat, there are electric boats for rent at a very affordable price that you guests are welcome to use. Very nice way to experience all of Gothenburg's canals as well as the opportunity to go out to nearby swimming areas. Contact the host to book.
