Newly renovated Edwardian Home with 4 bedrooms, hot tub and beautiful garden just a stones throw from the beach in the quaint seaside town of Rustington in West Sussex. House is well situated 5 minutes from Littlehampton (seaside, seaside activities, riverside), 10 minutes from Arundel (castle & cathedral town) and also 10 minutes away from the South Downs (incredible walks with downs and sea views). Have fun with the whole family at this unique and stylish place.

Full detached property with 4 bedrooms, off street parking and a beautiful garden. Rooms sleep up to 10 people: 2 bedrooms with king beds, loft bedroom has a double bed with a sofa that converts to a single or double bed and the bunk room has a double bed on the bottom and single at the top.

House is well stocked with a utility room and full essentials to make any stay comfortable.
