The space
The well-known Rosenheimer Wiesn (Kirmes ) can be reached in just a few minutes on foot, and you can walk to the city center in about 15 minutes.
Nevertheless, quiet location directly on the landscape conservation area adjacent to the grounds of the Landesgartenschau 2010 where the large summer festival takes place annually.
Nature and creek right behind the house as well as the Inn and Mangfall dam that invites you to do daily jogging and mountain biking.
Short path in the countryside by bike to the many swimming lakes nearby.

The private enclosed apartment has its own shower room incl. Toilet. ( without window)
Fresh hand,/ shower towels and soap, shower gel are provided.

There is also a mini kitchen with Senseo pad coffee machine incl. coffee pads, a French press coffee maker, 1 kettle & tea bags.
You will also find spices, oil and coffee whiteners.
In addition, the kitchenette is equipped with a 42 L refrigerator and a 2 plate electric hob with oven and appropriate dishes.
The kitchenette is located in the sloping roof. Dishes are possible with the existing guard bowl in the bathroom. Sewage please put in the toilet.
Bed linen is provided. Radio/ CD player and satellite TV available.

WE ARE A QUIET, animal-free NON-SMOKING HOUSE and ASK FOR PEACE & CONSIDERATION.
- Night on the sofa is NOT allowed for hygienic reasons

Through the hallway of the townhouse to the in-law on the first floor.
(We live in the lower rooms in the house)
We ask that you take off the street shoes at the bottom of the ground floor.
A shoe rack is ready for you in the hallway at the house entrance

We live in the lower rooms.
Unfortunately, we do not speak a foreign language other than German.
Everyone is welcome, but should also understand German. We explain a few things at check in.

Please bring mutual appreciation to everything, peace and consideration.
At check-in, you may be able to register with your identity card.
Since we do not charge a cleaning fee, the final cleaning is the guest's responsibility.
We ask that you carry it out accordingly.
