Great 1 bdrm condo at a resort condo development in beautiful Wolf Creek (Eden), UT.

Free WiFi, parking and no fees for cleaning or security deposit.

Resort only allows us to book dates for our guests for check-in dates during the next 60 days.

Since you will be a guest of mine, the resort requires guests to provide a refundable $100 security deposit that can be held with a credit card.

One Bedroom: King in master, queen murphy bed in living area. Unit is located in Powder Mountain area of resort & includes washer/dryer. Maximum occupancy 4.


One Bedroom Wolf Creek: Queen in master, sleeper sofa in living area. Unit is located in Wolf Creek area of resort. Unit may be smaller than average WorldMark units. No in-unit laundry, coin-op available. Maximum occupancy 4.

Resort Parking
Parking is limited at WorldMark Wolf Creek and the resort is not able to accommodate the storage of boats, RVs and trailers. Please contact the Front Desk for options.
Pool & Hot Tub Information
Our Pools are open Memorial Day to Labor Day from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.

Hot tubs are open year round from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. No children under the age of 6 are allowed in the hot tub. Children aged 6-14 must be accompanied by an adult 18 years of age or older.

Important Pool Information: Passes for the recreation center where the pool is located will be issued to you at check in between Memorial Day and Labor Day. Passes will be issued based on the established occupancy of the room and one pass for each guest is required (infants included) to use any recreation center facilities. No additional passes are available as WorldMark does not own the recreation center.

The Utah Department of Health requires that all children under the age of 4 wear plastic pants over swim diapers to use the pool. These are sold at the recreation center (cash only) and in the gift shop for your convenience.

We were stuck in Eden, UT looking for comfortable accommodations after finding out that our previous booking was not livable. I reached out to several hosts via the mobile AirBnb app. I am a long time customer of Airbnb, I travel the World for work and vacation. It was 6pm when I found this listing. The app is different to get around and communicate on compared to on your computer so I guess I accidentally booked this listing tho I had not the other 2 listings I was in contact with... "Request to Book" is the same as "Book" but not the same as "Request to speak to host" - something confusing like that happened. What I meant to do which worked with the other hosts was to request to be in contact with the host and find out location and availability. I was in contact with other hosts of other properties who were very informative and was going back and forth about their properties, etc... We were in the middle of nowhere when I lost connection. We decided to camp outside in our tents and a couple hours later when I found a connection around 9pm I realized there was a "Booking" confirmed for this Matthew & Miranda listing. I immediately contacted the hosts to explain my circumstance. They refused my refund and were not nice or understanding at all even when I was trying to find a way for both of us to get a hold of AirBnb. Aubrey at AirBnb customer service was great! She did everything she could to help me and was totally understanding of the app confusion and that I even lost mobile connection. She said the hosts excuse was that they had employees waiting at the property and other bookers they turned down (Real? they had other bookers at 6pm looking for that evening?). That doesn't seem right as we are in the middle of nowhere, barely any tourist as it's low season in that area, they have several similar rental properties and their property is located at a working resort.... :( So it's hard for me to believe them or that they could compromise. In the end I am happy with what Airbnb could provide me with to make up for the unfortunate loss.

I'll start by saying that we are AirBnB Superhosts that have almost 1,400 reviews. We are some of the highest rated hosts on AirBnB. Anyone can look at our reviews for this property and our 400 other listings and see that we have a track record of providing wonderful experiences for our guests and being honest. There are a lot of incorrect and misleading statements in LaMae's review. She is actually very familiar with AirBnB, as she has multiple reviews on her account. So for her to say that she booked our listing because she was confused on how to send an inquiry, we have a hard time believing this. When she submitted her request, we accepted it immediately....within 5 minutes. She didn't contact us again until hours later that night. It seems like she submitted multiple requests for different properties and for whatever reason decided to go with a different property. Had she contacted us immediately, there would have been no problem giving a refund. I find it very unlikely that she submitted a request while having service and then immediately drove off (into an area without phone service) without waiting to see if she received a response back from the host. If you're looking for housing for the same night, it seems like you'd confirm your housing before driving away from an area with cellphone service. When a reservation is confirmed, a property is no longer visible to other potential guests. Just like the situation with LaMae, we receive same day reservations all of the time. Since we accepted her request at 6pm and didn't hear back from her until after 9pm, we very likely missed out on other renters. Again, LaMae's story just doesn't make any sense. If I'm looking for housing, I'm not going to just blindly send requests to multiple people and then drive into an area with no cellphone service. I'd wait until I had my housing situation sorted out first.

Matthew decribed the location perfectly and whenever we had a question he would answer back within 30 minutes. That was really impressive! This unit is right next to the hot tub which was really nice in the winter. Internet is 4.95 per day for up to two devices which would be the only down side. We ended up not needing internet anyway because there was cable. The bed was comfortable enough, the kitchen had everything you needed to cook and there were pool towels and normal towels. The unit is on the bottom which made it convenient to get in and out.

My wife and I are fairly avid travelers. Since we live in Chicago, a lot of our trips are to warmer climates. Some of my favorite places to visit are New Orleans, Phoenix, Puerto Rico, Jamaica, Mexico, Colombia, Bahamas, and Toronto (not warm, but we love that city). My favorite trips have been to Kenya and Colombia. My dream trip would be to any country that I have not visited yet.

5 things that i can't live without: my family (my wife, daughter and son are my travel companions), my cellphone, music, traveling, public transportation.

We very seldom stay in hotels. Due to the fact that we normally vacation for a least a week at a time, we tend to rent vacation homes/condos. We like the flexibility of being able to cook some meals ourselves in order to save money and we prefer to stay in regular neighborhoods instead of being surrounded by tourists in hotels.

There's a big world out there.....see it!
