In terms of variety, few other sois on Sukhumvit can compete with No. 11 as a complete dining and nightlife destination. What's more, it's so easy to reach, just a few metres from the steps of Nana BTS (Exit 3) and not too far away from Asoke.

My place is close to nightlife, public transport, the city center, and parks. You’ll love my place because of the location, the people, the ambiance, and the neighbourhood. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers.

The space
No loud music or partying is allowed at any time! There is no need to bring the party home - you have everything you need just outside the door!

Smoking is not allowed throughout the property additional charges will apply 10,000 THB

Please ensure the house is left in the same responsible condition as when you arrived. Avoid littering or causing any damage, as additional fees of 2,000 THB will be imposed for any necessary cleaning or repairs.

A daily limit of 100KWH for electricity if any exceed usages will be charged.

🔔 Smoke Detector & Alarm Notice

For everyone’s safety, please be aware of the building’s smoke-detector rules:
• 500 THB fine for triggering the alarm due to indoor smoking, incense, or similar activities.
• 1,000 THB fine for tampering with, covering, or disabling the smoke detector.

These rules are set by the building management to prevent false alarms and ensure the safety of all residents.

A warning may be issued for the first violation, but repeated incidents will result in fines charged by the building.

Utility Usage (Electricity & Water) - 100KWH daily if exceed charges may apply.
