Just 400 meters from Estrela Cathedral, 1,5km from Ourique Flea Market 1,5km from Chiado and 2,1 km from Rossio. The iconic São Jorge Castle is 3km away from the apartment.
Avenida da Liberdade is 1,7 Km away and features a variety of brand-name fashion stores and boutiques.
Cais do Sodré and Bairro Alto, the trendiest nightlife and bars areas are located in a walking distance from the property.
Lisbon International Airport is a 20 minute drive from the apartment.

Interaction with guests
We always try to make check-in and check-out hours as flexible as possible to accommodate guests' needs but if it is a change over day between guests (i.e. if there are guests leaving and checking-in on the same day) we do need to ensure we have enough time to get the place clean and ready so:
- check-in is indicatively set up for 3PM and
- check-out is set up for 11AM.
As such, upon confirm your reservation we will ask you to send us your flight/ travel details at your earliest convenience so that we can make all the arrangements accordingly. This will also help us track the flight's progress online and adapt as needed.
Also, since 2015 Portugal has more strictly enforced a long-standing law requiring anyone providing paid holiday accommodation to record the entry, exit, and identification details of all non-Portuguese nationals who use that accommodation. This law has been brought into force in Portugal and most other EU countries at some point since the gradual implementation of the 1990 Schengen Agreement that aims to stop human trafficking and other illegal practices. In this case, it is specifically Article 45 of the Schengen Agreement and the recent 'Alojamento Local' law in Portugal that has brought this rule into sharper focus.
The governing body that monitors the movement of foreigners is SEF ('Serviço de Estrangeiros e Fronteiras' or the Immigration and Borders Service), and it is mandatory to provide them the following fields for all guests:
- Full Name
- Date of Birth
- Place of Birth
- Document Type (passport, ID)
- ID/Passport Number
- Country of Issue
- Check in & Check out date
- Country of Residence
You can send these details to us in advance and to save time we will prepare the form for your review upon check-in, or we can fill-in the form together upon your arrival.
