We have an inviting sunset. It's a cozy apartment where peace reigns. A place to have a nice coffee looking at Serra do Curso and, if it rains, the view is even more beautiful. I love this place 💖

We are a seven-minute drive from Expominas, Parque da Gameleira and Cefet. Eight minutes from the Esperança Church in Padre Eustáquio and 15 minutes from the Central Market.
