This comfy suite provides complete privacy! It includes a full bathroom, comfortable bed and cozy living area. It even has it's own entrance, so you can come and go as you please. It is close to the Downtown Mall, Thomas Jefferson's Monticello, Ashlawn-Highland, many wineries, The University of Virginia, and UVA Hospital. You’ll love my place because of the location, the privacy and the comfort. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. LGBT friendly.
Open and airy, this comfortable space will allow you to rest and relax during your travels. The bed is a queen size and there is a large closet with hangers and shelves to store your belongings. Cable TV and wifi are available for you to stay connected. The suite also has a mini-fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. You also have access to a washer/dryer, iron and ironing board.
The suite is accessible through a private entry in the back of the home. The room is separate from the rest of the home, so you will have complete privacy. The space includes living and sleeping area, bathroom and an area with mini-fridge, microwave and laundry. Parking is available in the driveway or on the street. If your stay exceeds 3 nights, we will have to make arrangements for host to use the laundry while you visit.
Interaction with guests
I am always available for information or assistance. If I'm not at home, feel free to call or text. Other than that, you will have complete privacy.
Other things to note
Both the neighborhood and my house are mostly quiet. However, I do have small dogs that occasionally bark and you will also hear me move about the rest of the home. The animals are in a separate part of the house, so they will not be in the suite. Typically the noise is kept to a minimum. Please NO SMOKING allowed inside or outside. Thanks!
