We are sorry to read that you were unfortunatly a bit desappointed with Lonely Beach.
We might have spent too much time on the island, far away from the "new connected world" but we are always very surprised to read guests complaining afterwards behind their computer about things easy to change instead of sharing their feeling and giving us the opportunity to explain or to improve.
About the feeling of being in an airport, we would like you to understand that yes, we are working hard to have a succefull resort and this is high season in Asia. It seems to us nicer to welcome our guests with a welcome drink confortably seated in the restaurant rather than having them queuing behind a desk. We are sorry that bothered you that much.
We hope you are going to find some nice places in Asia that fit you better.
