You will be 15 minutes by car from the Cinque Terre, 15 minutes from Portovenere, and 7 minutes from the center of La Spezia.

The apartment is located on the hill that separates La Spezia from the Cinque Terre and Portovenere, on the 525 path of the Italian Alpine Club, at the beginning of an historical stairway.
From the parking lot to the house there are 120 steps, low and easily passable. You will be a 15-minute drive from the Cinque Terre, 15 minutes from Portovenere, and 7 minutes from the center of La Spezia.
Precisely because it is located on a staircase, there is no noise, except that of nature and children playing. The chaos of the bars and restaurants in the center is far away, two kilometers to be exact, but if you want to dive into it, you do not need to move the car. Bus line 21 passes 40 meters from the staircase, which will take you into the city. If you want to go out on foot, in the neighborhood there are two restaurants, a pizzeria and a bar-tobacconist, as well as a baker, a small supermarket and a pharmacy.
