The space
This spacious three-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment sits inside a secure and well-maintained residential building. Designed for both comfort and convenience, it’s ideal for guests looking for a relaxed and low-maintenance city stay.
The open plan living and dining area is styled with timber-look flooring and includes 2 split system air conditioners (one in the main living area and one in the master bedroom) to keep things comfortable year-round. Large sliding doors lead to a private balcony that overlooks the upgraded pool area, creating a pleasant backdrop for your morning coffee or evening wind-down. The space is well suited to both quiet nights in and longer stays, with plenty of room to work, relax, or entertain.
The adjoining kitchen is well equipped with modern appliances including an oven, cooktop, full-size fridge, microwave, rice cooker, kettle, toaster, and all the cookware and utensils you might need. Ample bench space and storage make meal preparation easy, whether you’re cooking something simple or settling in for a longer stay.
The master bedroom is filled with natural light and features a built-in wardrobe and a private ensuite with a shower over bath.
The second bedroom includes a built-in robe and a removable pedestal fan for added comfort.
The third bedroom, complete with a ceiling fan, is attached to the apartment’s second bathroom, which includes a shower, toilet, and integrated laundry facilities.
Please note: The apartment has two bathrooms, both of which are ensuites. The master ensuite is accessed via the master bedroom, while the second bathroom is accessed via the third bedroom. There is no separate bathroom accessible from the common living areas. This unique layout works well for many couples, families, and groups, and we encourage guests to review the photos and to ensure it suits their needs before booking.

• Early check-ins or late check-outs cannot be accommodated due to housekeeping schedules.
• If you need to arrive early or leave late, please book an additional night (subject to availability).
CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS
• Full check-in instructions are sent 24 hours before arrival.
• The guidebook is sent 30 mins prior to check in and includes Wi-Fi details, parking details, images and everything needed for a smooth check-in.
• For security reasons only one set of keys are provided per stay. Guests are welcome to use the lockbox to securely store and share the keys between themselves. It’s a safe and easy way to manage access if people are arriving or leaving at different times.
GUEST IDENTIFICATION
• At least one valid ID is required from the booking guest.
• ID is collected securely via online check-in in line with Airbnb’s privacy policy.
• Your ID is never shared with anyone and is stored according to privacy regulations.
• We may ask you to complete additional security screening and questions if your stay is less than 48 hours away.
BONDS / SECURITY
• A $250 Emergency Access & Security Reset fee applies if you lose your key, lock yourself out, or require assistance to regain access to the property.
