A fantastic three bedroom, two floor Victorian apartment, right in the centre of Buxton, two minutes walk from the famous Pavilion Gardens and minutes away from shops, bars and restaurants. Unusually for Buxton this property has off road parking.

The upper floor has three bedrooms and two bathrooms, the lower floor consists of a kitchen and a large lounge.

For guests with young children a travel cot and two high chairs are available, and there are child friendly utensils in the kitchen.

Deborah's apartment is fantastic. There were 6 of us (3 adults , 3 children) and the apartment was spacious and comfortable. The location is great, we walked to the caves and into Buxton, and travelled to Alton Towers one day (only 30 mins or so away). Deborah has everything you need in the apartment, it felt like home from home. We would highly recommend this apartment if staying in the Peak District.

We stayed at Deborah's flat for four and a half months from the middle of February till the end of June. It was great to see the seasons change from the cold and snow storms in winter to the woods' green explosion in spring to the scorching heat this summer (including the sudden drop in temperatures and return of the rain to remind us we're in England, after all). For a family of five (incl. two teenage boys, one six-year old) Deborah's flat proved perfect, even for a prolonged stay like ours. We were surprised by how spacious the flat is, especially if you compare it to the average English terraced house. The bedrooms are large and have high ceilings. They are very tastefully furnished by Deborah. Every room in the house (except the bathrooms) either has light from two sides or has a large bay window so you get lots of natural light. The kitchen is large and very well equipped. It has room for a large family table with enough room for six people to sit and enjoy meals or family games very comfortably. For our boys it was also the place of choice for school homework. A proper family kitchen. The lounge is the largest room and features plenty of comfortable seating on sofas as well as a fireplace and tv/dvd/wii setup for entertainment. The location of the flat is perfect. It is very central. Basically nothing in Buxton is more than a five to ten minute walk away. The park is even closer and so are a number of Buxton's most popular pubs. Nevertheless it is as quiet as it gets in an urban setting. The parking place is a real plus but if you need additional parking you can usually find a spot somewhere close by. The host, Deborah, is really wonderful. Whenever we had a question or a little problem, she helped us out in a quick and uncomplicated manner. Over the past few months we have come to think of 26 Bath Road as our home. It was very sad to leave and it feels a bit strange to think of other guests now sitting on "our" sofa. But we are sure that you will enjoy the comforts of the flat as much as we did and your stay in Buxton will be better for choosing Debora's flat.

Deborah was a really fantastic host, and I couldn't recommend staying here highly enough. As soon as we booked, Deborah was in touch to make sure we had everything we needed. She very kindly left a cot bed set up, and answered all my questions. The flat is in a beautiful location, ideal for groups wanting to explore the peak district, or anyone visiting or working within the town. All the rooms were spotless, and had great facilities. Our family of seven stayed here comfortably, and have many lovely memories. Thanks Deborah!
