Welcome to Cabanel, a small cocoon nestled on the 2nd and top floor of a typical Montpellier building, consisting of only two apartments. Ideally located on a quiet street, close to the Observatoire tram stop, you will be in the heart of the city, while enjoying the calm of a peaceful neighborhood.
Ideal for a single person or couple, this accommodation is perfect for discovering the city on foot or by tram, everything is nearby!

The space
Le Cabanel is a warm, bright apartment, perfectly optimised for a comfortable stay. Located on the second and top floor (without a lift) of a small old building, it offers a peaceful and intimate atmosphere, ideal for resting after a day of exploring.
You will find a well-designed living room with a lounge area and a kitchenette, a comfortable sleeping area on the mezzanine (note the limited ceiling height), and a functional bathroom. The accommodation has been designed to meet the needs of guests staying for short or medium-term periods!
Located in the heart of L'Ecusson, the historic and fully pedestrianised centre, the area is safe and pleasant, with all shops, restaurants and transport within walking distance. Whether you are in Montpellier for work, a romantic getaway or a solo holiday, Le Cabanel is an ideal base.
Gare Saint Roch and Place de la Comédie are a 10-minute walk away.
Saint Roch and Gambetta car parks are a 5-10 minute walk away. Please note that the area is not accessible by car.
