Our home is very private and is close to beaches, restaurants, casinos, markets, shops and dining. Its situated on a large lot with a year round creek that runs through the property. It is family-friendly and can accommodate a larger party or is good for couples. We will consider allowing dogs. It is a large home at 4000 square feet. The lower level is set up great for a separate family or teenagers. We have a hot tub, a formal dining room, laundry room, new kitchen and a loft area.
Close to town, the beach, Stateline and ski resorts. Our home is centrally located and has an apartment on the ground level-connected to the house- that has 2 queen beds, a queen sleeper couch, a bathroom, kitchen and a separate entrance.
The entry level has a bedroom with a queen bed, and another bedroom with a queen bed and large bunk beds. There is also a semi private library with a single sleeper couch. Full bath with bathtub.
The entry level is also where the living room, kitchen and formal dining rooms are. The living room has 2 story windows to enjoy the beautiful canyon and creek views. It also has a large entertainment deck for outdoor dining and gatherings. The kitchen is new and the formal dining room can serve 10+.

The upper level has the master bedroom with a king bed. Master bath. There is also a loft area with a queen sleeper couch.
The home was recently remodeled with new furniture, linens, silverware, etc. there is a 2 car garage and a large parking pad that can accommodate several cars and boat trailers.
Guests have access to all parts of the 20,000+ square foot lot. There are several view sitting areas and the creek to hang out at!

Other things to note
The home just went through a major remodel. It is large and comfortable with large public areas. The home is decorated tastefully with a purposeful Tahoe and Mountain flair. There are several outdoor areas to enjoy the canyon and creek views when you need that "alone" time.
ALL trash goes into the bear box at the driveway entry. Please remove from the property any trash and recycling that does not fit in the bear box. This is a safety issue for the neighborhood as it attracts bears
We've owned this great home since 2005. We bought it because it offered all that we were looking for to experience the Tahoe lifestyle. We feel North Lake, Incline Village in particular, is the best Tahoe has to offer. It's only 45 minutes from the Reno Airport, has a ski resort in town and is centrally located to all the other great Tahoe resorts, beaches and towns.
