Enjoy East Coast greenery, cooling Atlantic breezes, walk through 5 acres of tropical gardens, watch monkeys play in the Mango trees and Hummingbirds dart amongst the colourful flowers. Relax by the pool, drink in the views, a peaceful retreat, close to all the colourful exuberance and diversity that Barbados offers.
My home is for those who love nature as the architecture allows this, yet it has all amenities, it's a retreat without being far from the bustle of Bajan life.
Built into a hill it affords magnificent views from most levels. This however may not be conducive for those unable to use stairs easily, neither is the house child proof in many respects, one would need to be vigilant.
There are three double bedrooms with en-suite on the top floor.
One double bedroom/apartment with en-suite and independent access. Ground floor. Has private courtyard.

Interaction with guests
I have a cottage in the five acres, I'm at hand if needed, to guide and help in any way to make your stay a very pleasant experience, full of rich tranquility while perhaps helping you dip into the interesting activities, good food and nightlife of Barbados.
Other things to note
There is a general store in the village, also a lovely fruit and vegetable stall by the cross roads, just down from the store, flanked by two local rum shops, great stop for a cold Banks Beer if walking up from the beach.
I would expect my welcomed guests to treat my lovely home with respect.
Report any problems so they can be corrected as quickly as possible.
Enjoy the natural ambiance, and be gracious to those who live and work locally. You will find your smile returned tenfold.
Shouting loudly, chasing, or tormenting any animal is not acceptable.
Loud music not to be played after 12pm, unless on a special occasion.
Food should never be left about (even in the kitchen) for birds or animals to eat.. Keep most things in the fridge, it's safest!
Be extremely careful with candles think safety. A fire extinguisher is by the front door.
Drinks from the fridge etc condensate and leave pools of water, please place on coasters or conducive surfaces. Not wooden surfaces, which mark!
House towels are not to be taken to the beach or used for the pool... There are special towels provided for this purpose. When dirty please place in the towel basket to be washed.
Try to wash the sand from your feet and shake towels outside before entering the house.
Dry yourself off after swimming, please do not sit or lay on soft furnishings within the home while wet or covered in sun cream.
I apologise for these rules and I'm sure they are what we all know anyway?.
