My place is close to City centre. Close to Royal botanic gardens and a 10 min walk from bus and rail and 2 mins from public transport also the place is alive with bars bistros and cafes the perfect city location

The space

Our ground floor flat is situated in the new town of Edinburgh we are ten mins away from rail and tram station although the city of Edinburgh is very well served of public transport which can be accessed 2 mins away from the flat we are in the middle of bars supermarkets cafes and some fine eateries the Royal botanic gardens is within easy walking distance as is the playhouse theatre and is national gallery. princess street and many more but if your not a walker a taxi ride is only a short distance or the bus both only a few minutes it really is a great location the flat is equally suitable for wheelchair and pram buggie as this being a ground floor flat with a ramp and no stairs

Liz couldn't have been more helpful and friendly. The place was perfect for a couple and within walking distance of pretty much everything. Thanks so much for having us, Liz! xx

Great location and cosy flat. Liz and Ricky were good hosts. A safe box would have been good to get the keys as we were unsure of arrival time.

Response from Liz:
A safe box would absolutely never be a option all our guests arrive within the arranged time unless they have a flight delay or something else and they let us no the day before it's only courtesy us hosts also have a life I like to meet and greet all my guests explain all the procedures for the flat show guests how things work answer any questions they may have and were would a key safe go on a communal building in the new town of Edinburgh it would be a security risk but thanks for your suggestion

A great wee flat for a pitstop in Edinburgh. Comfy, cosy and clean. Quiet street with easy parking (by central Edinburgh standards!!) Good central location.

Liz greeted us within minutes of our arrival armed with a good supply of breakfast items and a bottle of wine. The flat was clean, comfortable and simply but adequately laid out. We expected parking to be a problem but we found free daytime parking near Lidl just around the corner near the Tesco store. We managed to park overnight in road outside flat. No.8 bus stop was at end of road and took about 10 mins to city centre. We had an enjoyable stay for the Fringe Festival, thank you Liz.

Clean and tidy and comfortable, everything worked, Liz was helpful - no complaints at all. The only thing for us was the fact that it took 20 mins to walk into town - which isn't long if you're young and spritely, but not so easy when old and full of beer.. :D having said that though a taxi is 5 mins or less. We didn't try out the buses but plenty of those too.
