As often as needed, our expectation is for you to have as memorable experience staying here as we did living there. Were a phone call and only 1/2 a mile away.
Treat the house like it is yours, and like you know the neighbors.
-Be courteous of neighbors and obey city noise ordinance between the hours of 11 p.m. and 7 a.m.
-Smoking is prohibited in the home, outside decks or property*.
-Please utilize recycling bins.
-Do not place trash or trash receptacles on curb side. Utilize receptacles in back yard.
-Do not remove any items from the house, or move furniture between floors.
-Lock doors and windows when leaving the property, turn off lighting.
-Please place used towels on the bathroom floor or in linen baskets. Do not place wet items on beds or on wooden floors. Do not fill the jacuzzi with dirty linens. Utilize cosmetics towels appropriately.

-Kindly place dirty dishes in the dishwasher and refuse in the appropriate receptacles.
-Inform us of total number of guests prior to checking in**.
-Upon leaving Lock doors and windows, set alarm and return key to lockbox*.
-*Missing key's will be charged a $100 re-keying fee.
