I always strive to create the best experience for our guests, as my ski home is your ski home, so i immediately looked into the issues.
We’ve been renting out this unit on (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) and Home away since 2007, and never once had a negative review, so we took this seriously.

Our first step was to replace the family that did the cleaning of our unit, so hopefully this will immediately solve any future issues.
I flew out here to take a look and address longer term issues you brought up.
While the carpet shows some wear, as families with snowy shoes and ski boots walk on it every day, I have ordered new carpet to be installed as soon as we have some time in between guests arriving and departing. And I’ve just gone through all the towels and didn’t find any ripped or thread bare, but will replace them at the end of the season. I hate to throw out good things, but certainly don’t want any future guests to have such a negative experience. As for the wrinkled sheets, we are looking into non wrinkle sheets. We currently have 700 thread count cotton sheets, for comfort, but if others feel wrinkle free is more important, we will certainly switch to a poly blend. Input from guests is always welcome.
