Relax in this unique and quiet accommodation. Located in a beautiful building with ample access between gardens and located in the heart of the neighborhood two blocks from San Jose de Flores Church, Flores Line A station and Flores de Tren Sarmiento Station; surrounded by shops and gastronomic establishments. The apartment has air conditioning and central heating to achieve a perfect and warm rest at all times of the year. Double or twin bed and armchair bed in the living room.

Other things to note
🌟 The best of Flores at your fingertips: Our space combines the proximity to wholesale centres with the historical charm of the neighbourhood. We are 10 minutes from Av. Rivadavia and 25 minutes from Av. Avellaneda.

Just 400 metres away is the Plaza de Flores, an unmissable tourist spot with its Cathedral. There you can take the Subte Line A, a true pride of Buenos Aires for being the first in all of Latin America. It is valued by travellers for its safety and frequency, ideal for getting to the centre without complications.

The Basilica of San José de Flores is also just a stone's throw away. This is a site of great international interest, as it is the church where Pope Francis discovered his religious vocation. A must-see place for its architecture and spiritual significance.

Enjoy the area: You won't need to go far to eat well or shop. The neighbourhood has a wide range of shops and restaurants: classic cafés, banks and restaurants that give life and movement to the area throughout the day.

To make the most of your stay, here are my favourite places in the neighbourhood:

1. Historical Places and Sightseeing Tours
Basilica of San José de Flores: An emblem of the neighbourhood and a key site in the life of Jorge Bergoglio (Pope Francis).

Pope Francis Circuit: You can walk around the places where the Supreme Pontiff grew up and studied in the neighbourhood.

Plaza Pueyrredón (Plaza de Flores): The social heart of the neighbourhood, ideal for observing local life and enjoying the artisan fair at weekends.

2. Cultural Activities
Marcó del Pont Cultural Centre: An old railway station converted into a cultural centre with workshops, art exhibitions and fascinating architecture.

Barrio de Flores Museum: A space dedicated to rescuing the history, the characters (such as Roberto Arlt) and the identity of the neighbourhood.

3. Gastronomy (Gastronomic Poles)
Café Tabac or La Farmacia: Historic and classic cafés for breakfast like a true Buenos Aires local.

Pizzería San José: An undisputed classic in the area to try the typical Argentine pizza.

Gastronomic Pole of Av. Pedro Goyena: A few minutes away, you will find the trendy area with craft breweries, premium burger restaurants and signature restaurants.

4. Leisure and Shopping
Flower Galleries: On Av. Rivadavia you will find dozens of shopping galleries with all kinds of items.

Cinemas: We have cinema complexes nearby to enjoy the latest releases.
