Enjoy the comfort of a hotel with the charm of an exclusive home. It has parking. You will have a spacious, bright room with a private bathroom, just for you. Ideal for lounging, working remotely or just disconnecting in a natural setting. Access large outdoor spaces and common areas such as the pool, garden, living area, dining room and equipped kitchen, all with the best sea view. The main access to the house is a ramp that is on slope and to access the rooms you have to climb stairs, so it is not suitable for people with reduced mobility or disability.

For safety reasons, babies under 2 years of age and children under 12 years of age are not allowed in the establishment.
The pool does not have a lifeguard, so there is a significant risk if parents or guardians do not supervise their children at all times.
If a guest arrives with a baby or child who does not meet these requirements, they will unfortunately be denied access, with no possibility of a refund.

Early check-in is possible before 3:00 pm and subject to availability, with a charge of $150 MXN per hour. Our five rooms are occupied until 12pm and we need time for cleaning and preparation so everything is ready upon arrival.
After 10:00 pm it is not possible to receive arrivals, as we do not have staff at the accommodation. If you arrive outside these hours, it will not be possible to check in or receive a refund.
If you need to stay in the accommodation after check-out, a fee of $150 MXN per extra hour will be applied, subject to availability.
During your stay
We will always be available to help you with anything you need: questions, recommendations or whatever you need. You can contact us by message, call, or in person if necessary. Your comfort and peace of mind are very important to us.

Our accommodation is located between two beautiful beaches: Playa Manzanillo, just 900 meters away, and Playa Caleta, 1.6 km away.

If the power outage occurs in the early morning and it is raining, we avoid turning on the generator so as not to make noise (you can open your windows; the air would be fresh 😉).
