Located just 20 minutes north of downtown Calistoga and perfectly positioned for exploring Napa Valley, Sonoma Valley, and Healdsburg.
The Layout:
• Main House: 4 bedrooms, 4.5 baths, open-concept great room, multiple living areas, outstanding views
• Guest House: 1 bedroom, 1 bath + living/dining + laundry — all on one level, ideal for couples or guests who prefer minimal steps and waterfront access
• Game Spaces: upstairs game room + downstairs media lounge with PS5
Chef’s Kitchen + Dining:
• Full Viking appliance suite (6-burner with hibachi griddle, double ovens, warming drawer, large refrigerator)

• Wildlife: Rural mountain setting — please do not feed or approach wildlife

We email it a few days prior to arrival with check in instructions and our guest registration/lodging agreement which includes additional information about our home and systems. Access to the property cannot be granted without a completed agreement prior to check in.
Please note, Due to the property's location in a wildlife-rich area, all doors and windows must remain closed at all times when not actively in use, and especially after dark. Leaving doors or windows open may allow bats, insects, rodents, reptiles, or other wildlife and critters to enter the home. Guests are responsible for ensuring that all exterior doors, French doors, sliding doors, and windows are properly closed and latched when not in use, particularly at night.
Guest access
Guests have access to the entire 38-acre property, with the exception of a few owner closets.
Parking is available throughout the property on our driveways at the main house and guest house. Please park within our gates.
We want to be mindful of the Sonoma County noise ordinance so we ask that there is no loud music/noise past 9 PM. We want to be mindful and respectful of our neighbors. I hope you understand!
Events and large gatherings are allowed with prior approval. Please inquire prior to booking! Additional fee is required.
