Rates
•One or two persons - $99 per night sharing the queen-size bed
•2nd person requiring the sofa bed - A$25 per night
•3rd & 4th persons - A$25 per night per person using the double-size sofa bed.
•Children sharing the double-size sofa bed - one charge of $25 per night. 12 years old and below are considered children.

•Portacot is available at A$35 per stay and includes cot linen and mattress, pillow, quilt blanket and towel. Use of this requires advance notice as it is secured with cable ties. If cable ties are broken without prior arrangement, a charge of A$35 shall apply.
•High chair, baby bath, child potty and shampoo rinser are available free of charge

Sofa Bed
Use of the sofa bed is chargeable. The sofa bed is sealed with cable ties to prevent its opening for unauthorized use. If the cable ties are found to be broken without prior arrangement, a charge of A$50 per night is applicable.

Travel/Multiple Adaptor
An adaptor is provided for use free of charge. Loss/damage to the adaptor shall be A$20.

Cleaning Fee
The apartment is prepared to a clean and neat condition for every check-in. Cleaning fee charged is for reasonable cleaning after your check-out. Should extra cleaning be necessary, an additional charge is applicable depending on the amount of cleaning required. Examples of extra cleaning are food spills/splatters that are not wiped up, dirty dishes & crockery not washed up, stains on carpet, stained towels/bed linen such as but not limited to hair dye, massage oil, nail polish, etc.

Damages
These are assessed on a case-by-case basis as each situation is different. Should there be any damages, the replacement cost plus handling fee shall be charged. Guest shall be communicated with prior to any charging.

We shall provide images, where possible, of any incidents that require extra cleaning and/or damages to be charged.

Call out fees applying to the following:

(1) Locked Out
a) Should the unfortunate situation of being locked out of the property arises, contact the Owner/Manager.
b) We are only able to open doors for registered occupants. Photo ID must be produced.
c) The above schedule is subject to the Owner/Manager’s availability. If the Owner/Manager is not available to attend, please contact our preferred contractor as follows:

d) The locksmith cost shall be the Guests’/Occupants’ responsibility and the Guests/Occupants shall settle payment directly with the locksmith.

(2) Maintenance Issues
Contact the Owner/Manager to report the issue(s). Unless the situation warrants immediate attention such as in an emergency, an appointment shall be scheduled for the Owner/Manager and/or his/her authorized representative, to attend at the property.

(3) Unnecessary Call Outs and Charges
Before requesting for a call out, check that the issue/problem can be rectified without the Owner/Manager’s presence (eg: the remote control does not work because the TV is not switched on, water is not draining from the sink because the plug is pushed in). In such situations, the Guest/Occupant shall be charged a Call Out Fee as per Schedule.

(4) Special Requests
Should Guests/Occupants have special requests such as, but not limited to Extra Keys, Provision of Letter Box Key, Extra Blankets, that requires the attendance of the Owner/Manager, a Call Out Fee as per Schedule shall be charged. All such requests should be made prior to arrival to avoid any Call Out Fee.

5. All furniture, appliances, utensils, amenities remain the property of the apartment and must not be removed from it.
6. Before using washer and dryer, please check clothes/pockets for any objects that may cause damage.
7. If dryer has been used, for safety reasons, please clear the filter after every use.

Our apartment is not managed by the hotel, and therefore, they do not hold a duplicate key.
b) We are only able to open doors for registered occupants. Photo ID must be produced.
c) The above schedule is subject to the Owner/Manager’s availability. If the Owner/Manager is not available to attend, please contact any registered locksmith.
d) The locksmith cost shall be the Guests’/Occupants’ responsibility and the Guests/Occupants shall settle payment directly with the locksmith.

Check-Out Procedure
(1) All soiled dishes, crockery, cutlery, kitchen utensils, etc. to be washed up and placed back prior to check-out.
(2) Any spills/food splatters on the hotplates and microwave oven must be cleaned up.
(3) All towels to be placed in bath tub.
(4) Key and parking access card to be placed back in key lock box and locked up before leaving.

Istana Perth City is perfect for anyone looking to visit Perth or WA! Literally a few minutes walk from the city centre, this lovely, spacious apartment has everything you could need, including all the Mount Bay facilities i.e. gym etc. Shirley is lovely and super helpful with anything you might need to know. Can't recommend this enough!

I loved the closeness of cycle paths around the Swan River and also Kings Park _ a haven of tranquility away from the city vibe. Great for public transport too. Shirley couldn't have been more helpful - quick responses by text when i needed them.

Shirley's place is the place to stay in Perth if you want a self contained apartment close to the Convention Centre and within walking distance to the city centre. Shirley herself makes sure that every aspect of the booking is done well. To be greeted at 1 am after a long flight by a smile to be checked in to the property was greatly appreciated. The apartment itself was exceptionally well equipped and clean. The main bedroom's bed was very comfy and the sofa bed works well and was made up for my friend. The kitchen is well equipped and there is a washing machine, iron board, iron, portacot and even toys and games for little people. To top it off there was plenty of washing powder and dishwashing liquid so you did not need to go and buy these. The apartment complex does have a tennis court and small lap pool or those sporty. The location is perfect and you are near to the river and the Convention centre. I would highly recommend this apartment for any visit to Perth. Shirley's attention to the small detail makes you feel so welcome and if you are staying at a friend's place.

This place is really convenient and central. Just a few walks away from Kings Park and public transport right at the door step. There's a nice Canton Chinese restaurant at the end of the block too. We encountered a faulty hot water supply on our third night and it got fixed but leaving the whole apartment dirty and I needed to request Shirley to get a cleaner in and she did. We stayed for 8 nights and toilet paper wasn't sufficient and we bought our own to replenish it. Shirley did us a great help by pre buying groceries for us after I gave her a list. It was nice of her. My toddler loved the toy blocks and story books too!

As the matter was beyond our control, we acted promptly and were able to replace with a brand new unit the following day after you made it known to us. Our housekeepers also attended promptly to tidy up after the tradies were done with the work. We are glad that there had been no further issues with the hot water thereafter. A Welcome Starter pack was provided to start you off on your stay. Refills are not provided when consumables run out and guests will have to purchase more for their continued use.
