This place is conveniently located in a cul-de-sac surrounded by Southwark Park. You’ll love this house because of its pragmatism, the garden and its proximity to Canada Water station/Rotherhithe peninsula. You'll have the luxury of being in the center of london but the feeling of being out in the countryside.
3 spacious bedrooms on the first floor, a very functional kitchen with all the usual accessories, a dinner area with a large wooden table and a lovely rustic kitchen dresser and a lounge with a sofa-bed and a TV corner for a little rest after a long day walking around.
The garden is rather large and hosts a Weber gas bbq, a trampoline and a set of table/4xchairs, perfect for food and play time.
The whole house is accessible, however the wardrobes in the bedrooms and some of the cupboards in the kitchen are to be avoided.
Interaction with guests
In general, we're offering the house when we're ourselves on holidays, so the interaction will be minimal.
There will be coffee and tea on offer, but breakfast will have to be sourced by the guests.
For check-in and check-out, there is key locker outside the house which is easily accessible and from which keys are to be taken at check-in and put back when checking out.
Obviously, the code will be given to the guests when needed.
Other things to note
On check-out, it is asked from the guests to remove all used bed-sheets.
