Perched on the headland above the ocean, this classic cottage offers sweeping sea views and the soothing rhythm of waves. Watch surfers from the sunlit deck, unwind in the lush backyard, or enjoy alfresco meals on the patio. Inside, a bright living area and well-equipped kitchen make relaxing easy. After a beach day, rinse off under the open-air shower or soak in the outdoor bath. Leave the car at home and walk to cafés, coastal trails, fishing spots, and whale-viewing lookouts just steps away.

The space
Perched on the headland above Park Beach, this laid-back cottage captures the rhythm of the ocean from every corner. In the sun-drenched living area, curl up with a book on the cosy L-shaped sofa, take in glimpses of the sea, or wind down with a film as the waves whisper their gentle soundtrack outside.

The kitchen carries a retro charm with timber cabinetry and classic fittings, offering everything needed for simple, home-style cooking. It’s well-equipped with an oven, stove, microwave, Nespresso machine, and pour-over coffee setup, along with cooking basics. A breakfast bar and dining table with sweeping ocean views turn everyday meals into relaxed, scenic moments.

Outdoors, the elevated deck offers a front-row view of rolling waves and surfers, with sun loungers, bar seating for sunset drinks, and a BBQ for easy alfresco meals. Below, a spacious backyard and shaded patio offer a second spot to gather and unwind, while an open-air shower and clawfoot bath with hot and cold water provide a true indulgence to rinse off or soak beneath the sky.

As night falls, retreat to one of three peaceful bedrooms, each styled with a queen bed, fresh linen, and ample clothing storage. The primary bedroom captures the sweeping views of the coastline—perfect for watching the sunrise from bed. The second bedroom opens to the deck for fresh sea air, while the third offers a leafy, restful outlook. The bathroom is bright and practical, featuring a walk-in shower and complimentary toiletries. The laundry area offers a washer, dryer, and ironing facilities to keep things convenient.

Split-system air conditioning and heating in the living area provide year-round comfort, with a portable heater in the primary bedroom and portable fans throughout the home. Board games and children’s tableware add a family-friendly touch, with a high chair and travel cot available on request. Bodyboards are available in the patio area—perfect for catching the waves. Off-street parking for up to three vehicles is available in the driveway.
