Our warm and colorful condo has all the comforts of home. Relax on the comfortable sofas, warm your toes at the wood-burning fireplace, watch cable TV, listen to music, surf the web using wireless internet, or just watch the snow falling.
Our ski-in/ski-out condo is steps away from the high-speed, six-passenger Super Bee lift in Copper's East Village. In 10 minutes you can be from our front door to the top of the mountain; the first to ski Copper’s powder. You can come home for lunch, a cup of hot cocoa, or just to rest your legs in the comfort of your own place, in the same time it would take you to stop and refuel at the mountain lodge. At the end of the day, there is no need to trudge in ski boots and haul your skis as our ski-locker is conveniently located in the main level of our building.
Besides the greatest skiing at Copper Mountain (2600 ft. vertical drop, 126 trails over 2450 acres of varied terrain, 4 bowls, 22 lifts), you can ice-skate on Copper lake, walk to the Athletic club (work-out room, pool, sauna and hot tub), or use the year-round ski/snowboard training facility. And for kids, just outside our door is the tubing hill, with a magic carpet ride up.
At the base of our condo is the golf clubhouse for the Peter Dye designed, championship course in Copper's Mountain Resort’s East Village. You can take the ski lift to the top of the mountain and hike or bike on scenic trails back to our condo. There are endless trail heads in the area that lead to unforgettable mountain lakes, tumbling streams and spectacular views. In front of our building, you can access the bike paths that crisscross the region and take you to Frisco, Keystone, Vail and Breckenridge.
Park your car in the designated covered parking space. The building has easy access for loading/unloading and an elevator.

The condo has a master bedroom with en-suite full bathroom and a second bedroom with a trundle bed (two twin beds). Additional bedding is in the living room, where the futon sofa opens into a comfortable queen bed. There is a second full bathroom off of the entry hall.
The fully-equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, dishwasher, and an array of electric appliances, has everything you need to cook a complete meal. Or you can cross the path to the Copper Station Lodge and eat in one of the restaurants there. The lodge also has ski rental facilities, lift ticket windows and a coffee shop.
Our family owned and managed condo is perfect for families. It is stocked with video games and books. Copper Resort is ideally located for skiing and sightseeing in Summit County. Quaint Frisco is only 6 minutes away, while Keystone, Breckenridge and Vail are less than 20 minutes. If you don’t want to drive, the free shuttle bus stops in front of the condo to take you there.
Check-In/Check-Out: The condo will be available for occupancy beginning at 4:00 PM on the Check-In Date, and must be vacated by 10:00 AM on the Check-Out Date. A fee equal to one night’s stay may be charged if the unit is not vacated within a reasonable period from the check out time stated above.
Cleaning Fee: A one-time checkout cleaning fee as shown on the agreement is included as part of the rental agreement.
Security/ Damage Deposit: The Guest authorizes a refundable security/damage deposit to confirm the reservation. At the time of check-in, the deposit automatically converts to a damage deposit. The deposit is not applied towards rent & is fully refundable if there has been no damage to the house or its contents. The Guest authorizes the Owner to use the deposit to cover any damages not associated with normal wear and tear. The Owner is also authorized to use the damage deposit to apply to unpaid charges and fees at the time of check-out. The guest understands that this damage deposit in no way limits their liability and accepts responsibility for any damages more than the deposit. The Security/ Damage Deposit will be mailed out within one week of inspection of the unit.
Location/ Maximum Occupancy: The location and description of the accommodations are shown at the top of this Agreement. The Guest will permit no more than the maximum occupancy of six (6) people.
Payment Terms: The refundable Security/ Damage deposit plus a one-night reservation deposit (applied towards the rent) is required to book the apartment. This must be received within two (2) days of booking the reservation by credit card through Home Away. The first half of the remaining rent, sales & lodging taxes and cleaning fee is due within 60 days of occupancy. All remaining rental fees are due within 30 days of occupancy. Payment is preferred by credit card through the Home Away web site. Other forms of payment will be considered upon request.
Cancellation and Refunds: Cancellations that are made within 60 days of arrival will forfeit the one-night reservation deposit plus Home Away or Airbnb service fees. For cancellations made within 30 days of arrival, all payments (except the security deposit) will be retained by the Owner, unless the unit is re-rented. If the unit is re-rented during the same times, a refund will be provided to the guest for those days re-rented, minus a cancellation fee of one-night plus the Home Away or Airbnb service fees. In all cases of cancellation, the security deposit will be returned.
House Rules. The Guest agrees to follow all house rules posted in the Accommodations or provided to the Guest prior to check-in. While using the Accommodations, the Guest will abide by all applicable governmental laws and regulations and will be responsible for all damage to the Accommodations beyond ordinary wear and tear. The Guest agrees to indemnify and hold the Owner harmless from all liability, loss or damage arising from any nuisance or harm made or suffered on the Accommodations by the Guest's tenants, the Guests, or from any carelessness, neglect or improper conduct of any persons entering, occupying or visiting the Accommodations.
Trash Removal: The Guest agrees to deposit accumulated household trash in the complex trash dumpster located on site.
Utilities / Supplies: The rent includes all utilities - water, heat, electricity & cable TV. The rent also includes all bath towels, bed linens and cooking utensils. Daily maid service is not available & is not included in the cleaning fee.
Pets and Smoking: Pets are allowed only with the advanced permission of the Owner. No smoking is permitted in the unit or in the building. Smoking and unauthorized pets will each result in the forfeiting of the security/ damage deposit.
Parking Passes: Parking passes are located inside the unit. Renters must always display the parking pass on the car’s dashboard. Failure to display the pass may result in towing of the vehicle at the renter’s expense. Please leave the parking passes inside the unit upon departure.
Unavailability of Accommodations: If the accommodations are unavailable for any reason beyond the control of the Owner (including, without limitation, acts of God such as fire, water damage or natural disaster), the Owner shall refund the total rent, damage deposit and the advance deposit to the guest, and this agreement will thereupon be deemed terminated. In no event shall the Owner be liable to the Guest beyond the return of the advance deposit and the total rent.
Holdovers: If the Guest does not vacate in a timely fashion, the Guest will be subject to eviction and the rental amount due for any full or partial day following the specified check-out time in the amount of 100% of the daily rental fee.
Notices / Exceptions: Notices & exceptions to the above policies by either party shall be in writing to the mailing or e-mail addresses shown in this Agreement.
Disputes: Any sums due from the Guest to the Owner shall accrue interest at the rate of 1.5% per month until paid. Any dispute relating to this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Summit County, State of Colorado, and shall be governed by Colorado law. If the Owner hires legal counsel to enforce the terms of this Agreement or to resolve any dispute under this Agreement, the Guest shall be liable for all attorney’s fees and costs incurred by the Owner.
