A warm modern comfortable apartment in the heart of the city with secure underground parking, as well as many security features to access both the building and the apartment itself
Guest access
The apartment has 2 bedrooms with double beds and 2 bathrooms (one of which includes a full sized bathtub). Additionally there is also a folding bed in the apartment for a comfortable night's sleep .
The kitchen is equipped with an oven, kettle, microwave, toaster, cafetiere, fridge and freezer. There is also a brand new washing machine and dryer as well. There is high speed WiFi internet and a large smart TV in a spacious and comfortable living area.
Other things to note
There is some construction going on around the corner that may result in some noise during the day.
As this is a two bedroom flat only, it is understood that guests will share the space .
Should you wish to sleep separately , you need to make a request and we can set up additional beds at an added cost .

This apartment is all about the location... it's walking distance to almost everything in the city centre, close to the financial hub, universities, cultural hot spots, best eateries and to top it all, very close to the main transport amenities!
It will suit any visitor, or a regular business traveller as the apartment is situated on one of the main roads in the city, parallel to Oxford road which stretches from the edge of the Curry Mile in Rusholme right up to Central Library.
For the Art connoisseurs, the apartment is very close to museums and art gallery’s ie The Whitworth, The Manchester Museum.
The MMU, Manchester Conference Centre and University of Manchester campus are a stones throw from the apartment.
For the music Lovers, the atmospheric live music venue Deaf Institute and indie bars Big Hands, Kro and Black Dog Ballroom are around the corner.
The building is 3-5 mins walk to Palace theatre, 10 mins to Albert Square and the Iconic Town Hall, 15 minutes’ walk to Market street where you can go shopping, or head to the Northern quarter for the best cafés and bars in Manchester.
