This family friendly holiday home is set over three floors, with water views from the dining kitchen, private decked patio, first floor lounge and master bedroom.
It sleeps up to six in two doubles, one twin and has two bathrooms, plus a WC. The modern kitchen includes a dishwasher and washer-dryer.
Dogs may be considered (ground floor only) for a supplement. Bookings in week long blocks, with a Friday changeover.
This three bedroom townhouse is set in the quiet residential area of Sovereign Harbour in Eastbourne. The property has a private decked area at the back, perfect for watching the boats go in and out of the marina.
The townhouse can sleep up to six over two kingsize rooms and a twin room. A travel cot can be set up in the master bedroom if required. There is a family bathroom with a shower over the bath, an ensuite shower room off the master bedroom, and a small downstairs WC.
After a long, adventurous day, you can relax in the spacious, first floor lounge, which has several sofas, and a TV with BT TV and DVD player. If the sun is still out though then you might want to catch the last of it on the private balcony off the lounge.
The ground floor dining kitchen includes a fridge-freezer, hob, microwave, dishwasher and a washer-dryer, plus patio doors opening out to your private boat-watching space. An outdoor dining set is provided for al fresco meals.
WiFi provided, along with all towels and linen. There is a parking space outside the house and further off street parking.
Dogs may be considered if well trained and kept to the ground floor - tell us a bit more about your furry friend if you'd like to bring them along. A £50 supplement per dog applies.
Bookings are in week long blocks, from Friday to Friday in peak season. Out of season and last minute, more flexible check in days may be possible.

Other things to note
The property is set over three levels, so considerable stairs are involved. There are no bedrooms on the ground floor level.
We are a husband and wife team, Carl and Sarah Stanger.
Carl’s background is in marketing, much of it international, which helped feed his love of travel – nicely topping up two separate global backpacking years. Experiencing a diverse mix of swanky but often soulless business class hotels and friendly but basic hostels shapes an opinion of what travellers need and want (and, as importantly, don’t).
Sarah has enjoyed a career in public relations and remains a freelance consultant in addition to roles as mother, director for Exclusively Holiday Homes and chief family organiser.
A shift away from London has many advantages for a young family who love fresh air, the outdoor life and a beach at the end of the road!
