This studio is located within the complex that makes up our main residence. Access is from a private landing shared with our family accommodation.

Our large and luminous studio (35m2 with extra-large window including kitchenette and extra small bedroom, large bathroom including functioning jacuzzi) strikes the perfect balance between urban energy and serene retreat.
Located just steps from Place de l’Étoile and Avenue Foch.
From our private balcony with south orientation, you can admire the iconic Haussmann rooftops, majestic buildings, in a peaceful street.
Designed as a true cocoon, our studio is a sanctuary above the bustle of the city — an elevated, elegant, and soothing space equipped with all the modern comforts (including electric curtains and air conditioning, a rare -yet useful - luxury in Paris!).
Our apartment is thoughtfully designed for families with limited budget, children having their own tiny bedroom on their side, or group of friends, or multi generational families !
We provide everything families might need in terms of equipment: baby cradle, child-friendly beds, baby care essentials, troller parking... plus a selection of toys and games for children of all ages to ensure fun and happy memories.
Our balcony let you enjoy a breakfast or small dinner next to an olive tree while facing a typical Parisian view.
The studio is part of our main home, you will have access to our laundry room as well as kitchen if need be.

Other things to note
This large studio + small bedroom of 33 m2 in total is ideal for accommodating a family or a group of 3-4 people as a pied-à-terre because it includes:
1) a large living room with
> a double bed of 140cm*200cm
> a 90cm*200cm sofa bed
2) a very small room with a futon on the floor (folded, it is 80 cm * 190, but it can be unfolded to make a bed of 160 cm by 190 cm in length, you have to like "firm" comfort :), even if we have added a mattress topper to improve comfort!
3) a separate kitchenette in the entrance
4) a large bathroom with a hot tub
If needed, we can also provide you with a cot or a folding baby bed.
We also have, on request, all the childcare for babies (high chair, bath seat, small bathtub, etc.)
Typically, here is an example of a configuration:
> parents can sleep in the double bed
> an adult or a big child either on the sofa or in the small bedroom (if you are no taller than 1m85 :)
> one or 2 young adults or children or baby(ies) so in the small bedroom.
There are electric blinds in the 2 rooms, and 2 large wardrobes to store everyone's belongings.
