With ducted air‑conditioning throughout, plush furnishings, and two inviting lounge areas complete with Smart TV's, you’ll have all the modern conveniences you need to unwind after a day of adventure.

The well‑equipped kitchen makes meal prep a breeze—think gas cooktop, dishwasher, coffee machine, and plenty of room to gather at the breakfast bar—while the large internal laundry ensures you stay fresh no matter how long you stay. Outside, the fully fenced yard features a trampoline for the kids and secure off‑street parking plus a dedicated boat space for your waterside excursions.

Beyond the front gate, you’re only a short drive from d’Albora Marina, Little Beach, and the Shoal Bay Country Club. And just a three‑minute stroll away, enjoy exclusive access to a private communal pool and BBQ area—perfect for lazy afternoons or evening gatherings under the stars.
