The property is furnished, has an open plan lounge-kitchen with integrated appliances, a Juliette balcony, and allocated parking space. In addition to 2 double beds there are two sofa beds in the lounge.
1. The person who makes the booking is responsible for ensuring that all the other guests observe the house rules.
2. Treat this as your own home. We know you will endeavour to leave the apartment as TIDY as when you walked in.
3. Feel free to use our cooking ware, utensils, dishes and cutlery as needed. But make sure as your dishes etc are washed and put away after use please.
4. Failure to observe the above rules will result in an additional cleaning charge of 50 pounds.
5. This is a residential block of apartments, therefore NOISE must be kept low at all times, and to a minimum after 11pm.
6. Strictly NO SMOKING throughout the apartment and communal areas in the building.
7. The balcony door must be kept securely locked unless a guest is present and awake in the lounge-kitchen or balcony area. This is for the safety of the guests and their property as well.
8. All damages and losses must be declared and paid for before checking out.
