1. ☕️Coffee maker available: The apartment has a coffee maker so you can bring your favorite coffee and prepare it during your stay.🥰
2. 🫧Towels: A towel per guest is provided. An additional towel can be requested on reservations longer than three nights. We currently do not have beach towels, so we recommend bringing your own towels if they plan to visit the beach.
3. Basic 🧻items: Two rolls of toilet paper are provided per stay. Reservations longer than three nights can be requested extra.
4. 🚪Doors and gates: To maintain the temperature of the apartment and the proper functioning of the A/C, we appreciate keeping doors and gates closed when not in use. Occasionally they pass cats from the neighborhood that might try to get in if they are open.😻
5. Beach 🏖gear: A small beach cooler and beach chairs are available for guests to use. There will be a charge of $75 per item that is not returned at the end of the stay.⚠️
6. 🪪Identification: An official identification will be requested with a photo of the person responsible for the reservation. We reserve the right to ask for identification of all adults included in the stay.
7. 🚿Hot water: The apartment has hot water through a solar heater. ☀️Due to its operation, the water temperature may vary depending on weather conditions, especially on very cloudy or rainy days.🌦
8. 🛌 Beds: You will receive a queen size bed (FullBed) and a bunk bed that is single upstairs and also down. (DoubleTwin). Due to the small space, we will not accept more than four people and inflatable mattress is also not allowed. We will share the measures of the beds if they are requested ✅️
9. Registered 👥️Persons: 🚨All overnight guests must be registered with the reservation.🚨 Any additional guests arriving without having been previously registered will be subject to a minimum charge of $100, plus the applicable cost per person per night.⚠️
10. ⚠️ Failure to comply with Check In and Check Out times may entail additional cost. If any other time is necessary, it has to be planned in time.
