The space
The farmhouse comprises three independent apartments, each thoughtfully designed to offer comfort and privacy. Guests can unwind by the stunning panoramic swimming pool, which overlooks the mesmerising landscape of soft, undulating hills characteristic of this unique region. Whether you're enjoying a refreshing swim or simply relaxing poolside, the vistas are simply unforgettable.
APT PRIMULA sleeps 4 (approx. 60 sqm) - Located on the ground floor, this apartment features a living/dining room with a fully equipped kitchenette (including a microwave oven, dishwasher, 4-burner stove, fridge with freezer, American coffee machine, and kettle). There's one double bedroom (can be set up as twin beds upon request), one twin bedroom (can be set up as a double bed upon request) and a bathroom with a shower. A private outdoor area is furnished with a table, chairs, and BBQ, perfect for al fresco dining.
Guests share access to a stunning bean-shaped infinity pool,(15x8 meters, with a depth ranging from 1 meter to 1.65 meters) perfectly positioned to capture the breathtaking panoramic views of the Crete Senesi. The poolside area is fully equipped with comfortable sun loungers and a charming gazebo, providing the ideal spot for relaxation and soaking up the Tuscan sun.The welcoming owners live on the first floor of the building, but they are not always on the property. You might meet the owners' beloved cats in the garden.
For added convenience, guests have access to a shared laundry room, complete with a washing machine, iron, and ironing board. Stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the property. For environmentally conscious travellers, an electric car charging station is also available on-site.
Our farmhouse is ideally situated along the famous L'Eroica cycling route, making it a perfect base for cycling enthusiasts. We offer secure bike storage facilities for our guests.
