Your home away from home, built in 2022, is thoughtfully designed and furnished with attention to detail. Heated concrete floors on the main level and hardwood upstairs offer both luxury and practicality.

The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, including a fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, and range hood. It also features a 5-burner propane cooktop that any chef will appreciate. You'll find all the essentials: an espresso machine, toaster, kettle, glassware, dinnerware, cutlery, cookware, and more. We provide pantry basics like coffee, selection of tea, sugar, salt, pepper, balsamic vinegar, and olive oil. Whether you're enjoying a glass of wine at the bar or sitting down for a meal at the custom dining table that comfortably seats six, this space is designed for both function and comfort.

Unwind on the modern, comfy couch and take in stunning views through large windows. The 45-inch smart TV, mounted on a swivel arm, includes a premium soundbar and complimentary Netflix for the ultimate viewing experience.

The guest bedroom is located on the main floor and features a queen bed with a brand-new mattress, offering a comfortable and restful sleep. You'll find ample closet space and a dresser for your belongings, making it the perfect home away from home. Designed for relaxation and peace after a long day, the room is fully stocked with linens, pillows, and duvets—all washed with natural, hypoallergenic detergent to ensure your comfort.

On your way to the deck, you’ll pass through our cozy sun room, which features an additional couch, a smaller TV, yoga mats, and a foam roller. It’s a perfect space to stretch, unwind, or simply relax.

Step out onto the expansive deck to take in breathtaking views. Lounge in the comfortable chairs, fire up the 4-burner BBQ for outdoor dining, or soak in the hot tub while enjoying the stunning scenery. Whether day or night, this deck is the ideal place to relax and embrace the beauty of your surroundings.

Experience luxury in our custom-designed bathroom, featuring heated floors, a classic clawfoot bathtub, and a spacious walk-in shower with custom tile, rainhead, and handheld fixtures. A modern vanity and toilet complete the space, offering both style and comfort. This serene bathroom is perfect for unwinding after a long day. For your convenience, we provide natural body wash, shampoo, and conditioner.

Walk upstairs on our custom spiral staircase to the timber-frame loft, where you’ll find the master bedroom. The master suite offers a queen-size bed with a brand new mattress, a dresser, and a cozy chair. The en-suite bathroom features a tiled walk-in shower with both a rainhead and handheld fixture, a sleek vanity with a vessel sink, and a modern toilet. The bathroom is stocked with natural body wash, shampoo, and conditioner for your convenience.

The loft also includes a workspace with a stylish desk, ergonomic chair, and reading lamp, along with a charming reading nook and a collection of books.

A washer and dryer are located in the hallway for your convenience, making it easy to keep up with laundry during your stay.

You will find all high chair, pack'n'play for your little ones inside the downstairs closet.

There is a wood stove in our living room, but unfortunately, due to our insurance provider, we cannot let our guests use it. We apologize for any inconvenience. Please, do not use it.

Guest access
Guests will receive a custom lock box code on check-in day in the Airbnb app and may arrive at their leisure after check-in time.

An all-wheel drive vehicle and winter tires are highly recommended for access during winter months.

Winter tires are mandatory Oct 30 - April 30 in BC.

Other things to note
We are located in rural British Columbia, surrounded by majestic mountains and ever-changing weather. Please keep in mind that services here may differ from what you’re used to in larger cities.

Important to note:

During the winter, our contractor clears snow from the driveway, but after heavy snowfall, there may be some delays. Please note that our driveway is steep. If you don’t have an all-wheel-drive vehicle or are not comfortable driving up/down, you can park at the bottom of our access road and walk up. Be sure not to block the access road, as it must remain accessible for our staff.

Our home is nestled in nature, so it's possible to encounter wildlife. Please avoid leaving food or garbage outside to minimize attracting animals. While sightings are rare, it’s best to remain aware of your surroundings.

In summer, mosquitoes can be a nuisance. We recommend keeping unscreened doors and windows closed. Consider bringing insect repellent or a device like a Thermacell, which can also be purchased locally.

Our water is sourced from a well, filtered, treated with UV light, and completely safe to drink. Please note, in the event of a power outage, the well pump will not operate.

For waste management, we use a septic system. Only flush toilet paper and human waste—please avoid disposing of anything else. Similarly, only wastewater should go down the sinks.

Internet is provided by Eastlink.

Smoking or vaping is not allowed inside our cabin or on our property.
