It is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, or vacationers!
Newly added for the summer of 2017 are 2 brand new AC units totalling 24,000 BTU's (12,000 each in the living room and the main bedroom) with energy saving timers.
Sundrenched, with southern and eastern exposures, this giant corner "L" shaped apartment has SEVEN windows!! There is a window in every room (2 in the living room, with one a southern and one eastern exposure), and one in the bathroom!
The apartment, on the forth floor of this elevator building (elevator rebuild in the spring of 2017), was recently renovated and added all new hardwood oak floors, and a modern slate floor in the kitchen. 3 Giant closets (4th to remain occupied my host) and 9 ½ foot ceilings make it feel even bigger, and closets helps enormously with unseen storage

You'd be 100 yards from a brand new Foodtown grocery store, a pharmacy, dry cleaner, laundry and 3 x 24 hour delis on St Nicholas Ave, all while maintaining a building on a quiet street! Guests are asked to maintain an outside mailbox rental (PO Box).

Interaction with guests
When I am away and renting to guests, I am approximately 2.5 hours outside of Manhattan, so not entirely unavailable. I also have friends in the building who can help out with certain things.
It's a quiet building, so please be a good, responsible neighbor! No Parties whatsoever. Lease will be terminated immediately at renters expense for disregarding any of these rules. Sorry, previous bad experience!
